Very few bottles now remain on the market so we are happy to have a few left in our cellars to share! A bouquet brimming with big ripe fruit aromas and touches of herb, spice and earthy notes. Full bodied but elegant on the palate with the deep blackurrant and blackberry flavours following through coupled with hints of cedar, mint and licquorice. Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc A fine match for robustly flavoured but not overly spicy red and white meat dishes, also hearty beef or vegetable stews, steak in a red wine and mushroom sauce, herbed rack of lamb or tagine make great pairings.
