Christian Dauny wines is located on the west side of the town of Sancerre, the vineyards have been organic since 1964 and the company has been family owned and run for 12 generations. Needless to say with this wealth of experience and total dedication to organic production, the wines produced here are simply stunning.

A Classic and classy organic Sauvignon Blanc full of mouthwatering aromas and flavours of freshly cut grass gooseberry, lemon and lime. Clean as a whistle on the palate with bright crisp citrus, gooseberry tart and green apple fruit in abundance balanced by just the right amount of acidity. Easy to drink and packed full of zest!

100% Sauvignon Blanc

A classic partner for Goats cheese and also ideal with a variety of other cheeses including Brie, Roquefort, Camembert and Feta. Sauvignon Blanc is also a great match for fish and seafood dishes, salads and light pasta and risotto such as primavera.
