The wines are produced from meticulously selected old vine fruit and benefit from the greatest attention to detail, the resulting wines are found in the finest restaurants and acclaimed the world over. The majority of the land is dedicated to Chardonnay vines and the wines created are stunning, refined yet rich they exude aromas of caramel, apple, pear and vanilla spice which follow through on the palate where they are balanced by fine mineral notes and a citrus twist.
