Collection

If you would like to collect your order in store please either email your order to contact@twrightwine.co.uk or telephone 01204 674 140, we will then confirm your order and provide you with an order confirmation reference number. Please bring this order confirmation with you to T. Wright, you will need to pay for your order on collection.

We are open from 10.00 am - 6.00 pm Mon - Sat and 11.00 am - 4 pm on Sunday.

Delivery outisde the U.K.

If you live outisde the U.K. or would like to place and order for delivery outside the U.K. please contact us directly for further information and information regarding an accurate delivery quotation at contact@twrightwine.co.uk or on +44 (0)1204 697 805. It may not always be possible to deliver outside the UK.

Delivery within the U.K.

Standard delivery (within 1-5 working days from date of despatch) is charged as follows to mainland UK destinations, for charges to the Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland please see below:

  • £6.99 for orders of 1-12 bottles
  • Any further orders will be charged at the same rate of £6.99 for 1-12 bottles
  • For orders of 8 x 12 or more please contact us directly at contact@twrightwine.co.uk or on 01204 697 805 so that we may try to arrange preferential delivery rates for you.
  • We aim to deliver orders within five days to mainland UK postcodes; however your order could arrive as early as the next day depending on the time of despatch. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days from your confirmation of despatch email, any claims for non delivery must be made within 7 days of this date.
  • We print off and attach any special delivery instructions as requested by our customers but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery drivers will always follow them. If a customer would like to be certain their delivery instructions will be followed we recommend they contact the courier directly once they have received our automated tracking link.
  • If the Carrier is unable to deliver your order the driver will leave a card and will try to redeliver the next day, alternatively you can call the number on the card to re-arrange delivery. If the Carrier makes a second unsuccessful delivery attempt a card will be left requesting that the customer collects the order from the Carriers depot. If the parcel is not collected the goods will be returned to T. Wright and the customer will be responsible for a further delivery charge.
  • If your order is damaged on arrival please state this to the delivery driver and contact us as soon as possible, breakages must be confirmed within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
  • Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes
  • Delivery to the Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

    Standard delivery to the Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland is charged at £9.99 to the following postcodes: AB30, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, AB63, BT, DD8-DD10, FK8, FK16, FK17, FK21, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-TR25, ZE.

    In some cases if unavoidable there maybe a further surcharge for these postcodes and for other delivery destinations in which case we will contact the customer directly before proceeding with an order

    • We ask for a contact number just in case we need to contact you in reference to your delivery, if you have a safe place you would like us to leave your order if you are not in at the time of delivery please specify this when placing your order.
    • Any goods delivered as requested by the customer to a safe place are left at the customers own risk and are not the responsibility of T.Wright. T. Wright will not accept any claims for non delivery in such cases.
  • We print off and attach any special delivery instructions as requested by our customers but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery drivers will always follow them. If a customer would like to be certain their delivery instructions will be followed we recommend they contact the courier directly once they have received our automated tracking link.
  • Overnight delivery

  • Overnight delivery (excluding delivery on Saturday's and Sunday's) by City Link, TNT or Yodel is charged as follows for mainland UK destinations:
  • Orders must be placed by 11.00 am to be received the next day: Please note orders placed for overnight delivery after 11.00am on a Thursday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday and will not be delivered until Tuesday.

  • £11.99 for orders of 1-12 bottles
  • Any further orders will be charged at the same rate of £11.99 for 1-12 bottles
    • We print off and attach any special delivery instructions as requested by our customers but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery drivers will always follow them. If a customer would like to be certain their delivery instructions will be followed we recommend they contact the courier directly once they have received our automated tracking link.

    Overnight delivery may not always be possible to the following postcodes & there will most likely be an increased surcharge above £11.99 for this service. Please contact us directly & we will do our best to find the fastest & most cost effective option: AB30, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, AB63, DD8-DD10, FK8, FK16, FK17, FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV36, IV40-IV56, KA27, KA28, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW17, PA20-PA28, PA30-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH10, PH11, PH13-PH14, PH16-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49, PH50, TD15, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3.     Green Sticker Free Delivery Products

    • Free standard delivery is applicable to mainland UK postcodes for products with the green free delivery sticker.
    • Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands destinations & the following postcodes are not eligible for free delivery of these products & will be charged delivery at the standard rates: AB30, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, AB63, DD8-DD10, FK8, FK16, FK17, FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV36, IV40-IV56, KA27, KA28, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW17, PA20-PA28, PA30-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH10, PH11, PH13-PH14, PH16-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49, PH50, TD15, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3.

    • Other items on the same order that do not have the green free delivery sticker will be charged as per the usual delivery rates.
    • Minimum order quantities apply as per our terms & conditions of 6 bottles or £30.00.

    Local Free Delivery

      Free standard local delivery is applicable for orders that comply with the minimum order terms & conditions as below

    • No voucher is needed, select the free standard local delivery option if your postcode falls within the range shown below to receive free standard delivery.
    • Minimum order quantities apply as per our terms & conditions of 6 bottles or £30.00.
    • Local free delivery voucher codes apply to BL1-BL9 inclusive, BL11, BL78, BL80, M1-M4, M27, M28, M29, M46 & M50, PR5-PR7, WN1-WN7 postcodes only
    • Local free delivery is only available as a 3-5 day standard service however we will always try to deliver as quickly as possible, which will often be faster than 3-5 days. To guarantee overnight delivery the usual £11.99 charge will apply.
    • T. Wright reserve the right to withdraw the free local delivery offer at any time.
