Only three families have owned the estate since the 12th century ensuring an unquestionable level of continuity and quality. The unique properties of the Clos de Tart soils produce wines of great strength and elegance. The 2003 vintage has an inviting bouquet of ripe fruit, aromatic spices and mocha. Voluptuous in the mouth with delicious dense yet fresh red forest fruit flavours including fraise du bois & rasberry, the tannins are warming and mellow leading to a smooth richly spiced finish.
