Chateau Cissac wines are Cabernet Sauvignon dominated, blended with smaller amounts of Merlot and Petit Verdot to add greater finesse and complexity of flavour. Deep red with garnet reflections, there is an abundance of blackcurrant fruit in the bouquet coupled with licorice, mocha & mint. Fresh on the palate with a fine acidity and firm tannic structure enveloping layers of black cherry, cassis & cedar spice.
