As such every link in the winemaking chain is viewed as key to the high level of quality of the wine and organic and biodynamic practices are employed to ensure this. An intense bouquet of forest fruits tinged with herbal, cedar and cocoa notes bursts from the glass followed by a supple and full palate dense with blackcurrant, ripe red and black berry flavours.
